Graham Banana Bites

Summer is knocking (more like pounding) at our door. Little Man loves being outside but waves the white flag when he's too hot. Me too, son...me tooooo!

Cold snacks are always good to have on hand for a short break in the shade. A long break is good too! Along with my Frozen Yogurt Bites and Peanut Butter Toast Balls, these Graham Banana Bites are just what you need to beat the heat.
Ingredients:
Banana, sliced 1/2-1 inch thick
Yogurt
Graham crackers, crushed

Slice bananas and crush graham crackers.

Dip banana slice in yogurt (I used vanilla but you can use any flavor).

Roll banana in graham cracker crumbles until completely coated.

Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for up to an hour before enjoying.

The kiddos can also help but have the broom ready, graham cracker crumbs are more fun to toss!
